Getting Started

How do I get started with Opportunity AI?

To begin using Opportunity AI, follow these steps: 1) Upload your resume in the Resume tab, 2) Complete the onboarding form with your professional details and preferences, and 3) Choose an active subscription plan. Once these steps are completed, we can start applying to jobs for you.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer four plans to suit different needs: • Free Plan: AI applies to 3 jobs you provide • Elite Plan: AI finds and applies to 150 relevant jobs with custom resumes You can purchase additional 100 applications for any plan.

Resume Management

How do I manage my resumes?

In the Resume tab, you can upload, view, and manage multiple resumes. You can set a primary resume, download existing resumes, and delete ones you no longer need. For optimal results, ensure your resume is in PDF format and follows ATS-friendly guidelines.

What are the ATS optimization tips?

For best results: 1) Use standard section headings, 2) Include relevant keywords from job descriptions, 3) Keep formatting simple and clean, 4) Avoid using tables or complex formatting, 5) Use a professional, simple file name.

Managing Applications

How do I track my job applications?

The Applications tab shows all jobs the AI has applied to. You can view application status (Applied, Reviewing, Rejected, Accepted), company details, and submission dates. Use the search feature to find specific applications.

How do I add jobs for the AI to apply to?

Use the Add Jobs tab to submit job links. You can add individual links or upload multiple jobs via CSV. For Elite plan members, our AI automatically searches for relevant jobs matching your profile.

Email Management

How do application emails work?

We create a dedicated Gmail address for your job applications. This email inbox receives all communications from employers, including application confirmations and interview requests. You'll receive login credentials to monitor this inbox directly through Gmail.

Can I access my application emails in the dashboard?

Currently, you can access your application emails through Gmail using the provided credentials. We're working on bringing your application emails directly into the dashboard for seamless communication management.

Account Settings

How do I manage my notification preferences?

In Settings, you can customize your notification preferences for email notifications, application updates, marketing emails, and weekly digests. Toggle each setting according to your preferences.

How do I update my profile information?

Your professional profile can be updated through the Onboarding Form. This includes personal information, work eligibility, desired roles, location preferences, and professional social media links.
