What is Opportunity AI?

Opportunity AI is an AI-powered platform that automates your job application process. We handle everything from submitting applications to optimizing your resume for each position.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy: 1) Click the "Get Started" button in the navigation bar, 2) Upload your resume, 3) Complete the onboarding form with your professional details and preferences, and 4) Choose an active subscription plan.

What do I need to provide?

You'll need to upload your resume and complete our onboarding form with your work history, job preferences, and professional details. For all plans except Elite, you'll also need to provide job links you want to apply to.

What are the different plans?

We offer two plans: 1) Free Plan: Apply to 3 jobs you provide, 2) Elite Plan: AI finds and applies to 100 jobs with custom resumes. You can add 100 more applications to any plan.

How does resume customization work?

For Elite plan users, our AI analyzes each job posting and tailors your resume to highlight relevant skills and experience. This optimization helps your application pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while maintaining authenticity.

How does the AI find jobs?

For Elite plan users, our AI scans multiple job boards and company websites to find positions matching your criteria, considering your experience, skills, location preferences, and career goals.

Application Process

Understanding how applications work

How do I track my applications?

All applications are tracked in real-time through your dashboard's Applications tab. You can see successful submissions, pending applications, and any that may have failed.

What happens if an application fails?

Failed applications are clearly marked in your Applications tab. This typically happens if a job posting expires or if there are technical issues. Failed applications don't count against your subscription limit.

Can I add more applications?

Yes! You can purchase an additional 100 applications for any plan through your Subscription tab, without changing your current plan.

How is my information used?

Your information is only used for submitting applications to jobs you've approved (or jobs that match your criteria for Elite plan users). We use enterprise-grade encryption to protect your data.

Can I update my information?

Yes, you can update your professional information anytime through the Profile tab in your dashboard. This ensures your applications always use your most current information.
